Process of Quality Control and Inspection
Our quality control and inspection process begins with the careful selection of raw materials and extends throughout production and shipping. We rigorously evaluate and source only high-quality materials — including magnetic systems, diaphragm materials, voice coils, and suspension components — that meet or exceed industry standards for acoustic performance, durability, and reliability. During production, we adhere to stringent guidelines, conducting regular inspections and tests to verify that each speaker driver meets our established standards for frequency response, sensitivity, impedance, and distortion. Finally, after the product is completed, we perform comprehensive inspections to confirm that it functions flawlessly and meets our customers’ specific requirements and expectations.
First-Article Inspections (FAI) are performed prior to mass production. Product properties — including impedance curve, frequency response, sensitivity, and THD — are measured and compared with specifications to verify that acoustic and mechanical quality matches the approved design targets.
In-Process Inspections (IPI) ensure that the processes and techniques used to manufacture speaker drivers are strictly followed. Key parameters such as voice coil centering, adhesive curing profiles, magnetic gap precision, and excursion limits are continuously monitored via SPC.
Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) verify the conformity of speaker drivers to specifications before shipping. Inspectors evaluate workmanship, polarity, impedance matching, frequency response curve integrity, packaging integrity, labeling, and other criteria as required by the customer.
